Tamboril has rolled cigars for more than a century. The hands that build ours learned in the same rooms their families did, and every leaf is chosen by hand before it ever reaches the bench.

Twenty two rollers at cedar benches. The most senior has been at the same bench since 1987 and trains every new pair for two years before their work is allowed a band.

Nothing here is fast. Leaf is aged in cedar for three years before a blender is allowed anywhere near it.
The people who select, blend and roll for us are named on the box. We have never had to advertise for a torcedor in this town.
The town came first. Tamboril has rolled cigars for generations, and the standard here was set long before we arrived.
Every batch rests a second time after rolling, because a blend keeps moving for a while after we stop working on it.
